Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the download link has been accessed. As we provide non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we do not issue refunds after the product purchase is made, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on our site.

We understand that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we do honour requests for a refund on the following grounds:

  • Non-delivery of the product. If you have not received the download link via email or cannot access it from your account dashboard due to a mailing issue or server error.
  • Major defects: Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. If the file is corrupt or broken, we will first attempt to provide a working replacement. If we cannot fix the issue within 48 hours, a refund will be granted.
  • Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is satisfied on a case-by-case basis. It must be clear that the purchased product is not materially similar to the description on the website.

Please note the following regarding our Strict No-Refund Policy:

  • Mind changes: We cannot refund purchases simply because you changed your mind or decided you no longer need the plugin/theme.
  • Incompatibility: Please ensure the product is compatible with your setup before purchase. We do not provide refunds for third-party conflicts (e.g., the plugin conflicts with another plugin you have installed).
  • Skill Level: We assume you have the necessary technical knowledge to install and manage these files. A lack of skill to use the product is not grounds for a refund.

Frequently Asked Questions (Refunds & Returns)

  • “I haven’t downloaded the file yet. Can I cancel?”
    Yes. If our system logs show zero downloads on your account for that specific order, we are happy to issue a full refund or exchange the product for the correct one. Once the file is downloaded, the sale is final.
  • “The plugin asks for a licence key. Is it broken?”
    No. All our products are valid GPL (General Public License) software. You do not need a licence key for the plugin to function legally on your site. Ignore the activation prompt; the pro features are already unlocked within the file structure.
  • “I bought the wrong version. Can I swap it?”
    Only if you have not downloaded the incorrect file. Please contact support immediately before attempting to download anything. If you have already downloaded the file, we cannot offer a swap as the digital item is technically “consumed”.
  • “The plugin conflicts with my theme. Can I get a refund?”
    No. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every unique WordPress configuration. We strongly recommend you review the technical requirements of the plugin/theme on the developer’s original site before purchasing from us.
